At R&D Manufacturing we can make new laminate doors for your kitchen to fit your sizes, style and tastes.

This method is a cheap, easy and clean way to give your kitchen a new look others will admire, without the hassle and mess of completely removing the carcasses (back of unit), which may still be in good condition.
We can make doors to ANY size and whether it is a modern high gloss kitchen or traditional wood effect we can accommodate.

Coordinating cornices (top trims), Light Pelmet (bottom of wall units), and plinths (kick boards), and handles are also available, as are a full range of worktops including laminates and Minerelletm solid surface tops.
Glass doors for display cabinets are available in a range of finishes and sizes and with etched effect designs.

All our doors are supplied ready for fitting with hinge holes pre drilled and the appropriate hinge, please supply us with sizes and handing of doors when contacting us for a quotation.
To calculate your door size simply measure the width and height across the back of your existing doors, the handing is taken from looking at the front of the door, please note this information is only necessary when requesting Routered doors (other styles are reversible).

All our profiles are purchased from Veka plc a company with over 30 years experience in the plastic windows trade and use computer software and welded joints to ensure accurate and robust manufacture.

We offer a 10-year guarantee on all our uPVC frames, and a 5-year guarantee against failure of our double glazed units and are third party accredited to BSEN ISO 14001 through our suppliers.
