Floor Cassettes
As part of our ongoing product development strategy, we have recently introduced floor cassettes to our manufacturing capability, using I Joists products that provide the following benefits in house, flatted or commercial developments: -

• Enhanced safety
• Significantly reduced noise levels
• Reduced maintenance
• Reduced weight from conventional joists
• Increased spans and joist spacing

In addition to the above, I Joist beams can be pre-drilled to accept cable runs and plumbing requirements saving considerable time and potential problems on site during construction and for access for future maintenance requirements.

When used in flatted developments, the use of I Joist and framing components provides full one-hour fire protection and floor assemblies can be designed to meet stringent airborne and impact noise requirements.

All timber engineered used in this process conform with European manufacturing and environmental certification (EN 312/ISO 14001).
